 Currently, Ramon leads & manages White Fox Consultant, a consultancy he founded in 2015 and that specializes in the areas of entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, and workplace equality. In 2017, White Fox presented the Inclusion & Equity Business Index project, with the goal of promoting the adoption and implementation of business policies’ best practices in Latin American companies that encourage the inclusion, equality and diversity of employees at all levels. This Index focuses on five of the groups that have been most discriminated/marginalized in the Latin American region:

  1. Gender;
  2. People with disabilities;
  3. HIV and other chronic illnesses;
  4. LGBT Community;
  5. and other minorities (ethnicity, race, religion & age).

Between 2012 and 2015 he led the Escuela Superior de Economia y Negocios’ (ESEN) Entrepreneurship Center team into achieving its main goals – to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit among the university's community (both alum and alumni) and to supervise the creation and dissemination of tools that would help entrepreneurs create their own businesses. Among these were a business incubator, an annual entrepreneur summit, specialized classes in entrepreneurship, and a business plan guide.

In 2010, he moved to Atlanta as Director of External Innovation for a company dedicated to developing market intelligence for Fortune 500 companies.

In 2005, he joined Grupo Poma, one of Central America’s largest diversified family owned business groups, as the assistant to the CEO, where he managed several corporate projects in the region.

In 2003, he continued his studies as a Fulbright Scholar at Goizueta Business School of Emory University in Atlanta, where he obtained his MBA, also with honors.

In 2001, he graduated cum laude as a BA in Economics and Business at ESEN, and was hired by the University to manage its Extension Program and as a full-time professor.
