Herman M. Duarte conference at the Hive Global Leaders program

Hive is the global community for purpose-driven leaders. The Hive Global Leaders Program (GLP) is a 3-day immersive workshop on leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation for purpose-driven leaders held at the Harvard Medical School in Boston, San Francisco, and in Los Angeles.

Alumni of the program become Hive Global Leaders and enter into a lifelong community of purpose-driven innovators working together on creating a better world while supporting each other in their careers. Nearly 1500 alumni from 115 countries have come through the Hive Global Leaders Program so far. 

During the last session of HIVE GLP, Herman M. Duarte had the honor to have a live coaching session with the visionary HIVE founder Ryan Allis. The result was a powerful purpose statement redefinition: "Erradication of discrimination due to sexual orientation" that is the goal of Hduarte-LEX.

Furthermore, in this last session of HIVE, Mr. Duarte had the honored to lead one out of the 6 breaking sessions where he presented his story and theory of "How to Fight Impunity through Inclussion". The breakout session results went beyond the expecations,as a result at least 3 participants assured Mr. Duarte that to be part of the conference it was the most significant experience of their participation at the HIVE conference.
