Multidimensional talent of Luis Opineda

"I have ideas of what Latin America needs. I love it! But it is hard for me to express what I think and how I feel about art. I would need much more pages and time. However, I can confess that – with uncontrollable and unexplainable desire – I dedicate my paintings to the future, I really enjoy creating an aesthetic view of the Salvadorian perspective based on the elegance, evolution, and good taste. El Salvador needs to be inspired by all the beauty created in it. El Salvador is not clay anymore; instead, it has become a generation with a golden way of thinking. I have always thought that as a country, we deserve better, and this is the reason why I like to motivate people into thinking in delightful and sophisticated things, because life is the beauty that makes society evolve. About my art pieces, I can tell that they are beautiful, even though I am not into the same art style for a long time. Because art is everlasting and life is short." Luis Opineda

Luis Opineda

His brother Enrique a young and promising lawyer in El Salvador explains the importance of Luis in his family and how proud they all feel of having an artist in his family.

Luis can be simple and complicated. Luis can be friend and unfriendly. Luis can be modern and classic. Luis is at the end of the day a mix of features that makes him unique and an artists significant enough to be part of the ART+ project. Any afternoon with afternoon (or morning) is a promise to discuss the main aspects of life.

Being 25 has already overcome loss, pain and confusion. His multitalent views of the world is what we applaud and admire in the ART+ project.

Luis is magic.

Such a fascinating character full of magic and extravagant words. I always have a great time talking to this artist lost in El Salvador. I am very proud to be his friend and have one of his works: “The house of memories” which is a mix of the modern and the classic.
