The core and power of HDUARTE-LEX: Igualitos.as, the equal rights movement in El Salvador that fights impunity with inclusion, using the tools of litigation, public opinion and technical debate. Igualitos.as, founded by Mr. Duarte in December 2016. Since its inception, we had the honor to work on strategic litigation at the interamerican human rights system and at a constitutional level in El Salvador; and on creating programs that give visibility to the LGBTI cause in the Central American region by setting up alliances with high profile speakers, such as Dr. John Corvino and Dr. Evan Wolfson.
